If your StartIsBack looks like problem when you install windows themes (Not for all Themes), you can try disable start menu and taskbar translucency.
1. Click 'Appearance' tab
2. Click 'Disable start menu translucency' and 'Disable taskbar translucency'
3. Click 'Apply' and click 'OK'
